Pasta Frolla
The first step of the transformation.
Our vanilla shortcrust pastry resting and chilling, made from scratch with simple ingredients and a lot of care.

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Sugar
- 80g Sunflower oil
- 320g all-purpose flour (00 flour)
- 8 g baking powder
- 1/2 zest lemon

Preparation
Take a large bowl, crack the eggs into it, and add the sugar
Add the sunflower oil and the lemon zest
Add the baking powder and the flour and start mixing
When the dough becomes firmer, transfer it to a floured work surface and continue working it by hand. If it’s sticky, add a little flour.
