Torta Bicolore

The marble cake is a simple and soft homemade dessert, perfect for breakfast or a coffee break.
The combination of vanilla and cocoa batter creates a delicate and irresistible flavor, with all the taste of a homemade cake. 🍰
Ingredients:

- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 120 ml Water
- 120 ml Sunflower oil
- 350 g Flour
- 16 g Baking powder
- 20g Cocoa
Preparation

Add the eggs into a large bowl and start mixing gently.

Beat the eggs until light and foamy.

Add the water and sugar, then keep mixing until smooth.

Add the oil and continue mixing until the batter is smooth and well combined

Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, continuing to mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Divide the batter into two parts and add cocoa powder to one half, mixing until smooth and fully combined.

Pour the batter into the previously greased and floured cake pan, gently leveling it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.

Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan and serving.
